Order Cancellation Policy:

  • We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel the order, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped or the product is in production, we are unable to cancel the order.

  1. How to Handle Defective Items:
    • If you receive a defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will address the issue promptly. We require your cooperation in processing the return or refund.
    Steps to follow:
    • First: Notify us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective.
    • Second: Take a clear picture of the defective item and email it to us. This allows us to review the issue and escalate it to our Technical Director for further assessment.
    • Third: If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement with your next order at no extra charge.
    If the defect cannot be identified:
    • All items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
    • If the return is due to reasons beyond our control, we will assess the situation and offer a discount on your next purchase.
  2. Return or Cancellation Policy with Cooling-off Period:
    • Consumers can return goods within 30 days from the date of delivery without providing any explanation (cooling-off period).
    • If the return is initiated by the customer, they are responsible for return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen carrier.
    • If the goods received are incorrect or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • No restocking fee will be charged for the return of products.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Contact your bank as well, as there may be processing time before the refund is reflected.
